Home visit rate .....$80.00 per person and no upcharge..all home apppointments are minimum of one hour in length.

Clinic Rates ..... $ 80/hour for any of the modalities listed and additional $1.00  for each minute after the initial 60 minutes .

I DO work by appointment only. So my hours are whatever you set your appointment
